Stephen Hawley - Manager
Stephen started his trade as a plasterer and progressed within the industry to be in charge of large projects such as Harvey Bay Hospital, Sydney Corn Exchange Hotel and Browns Plains Shopping Centre just to name a few as site foreman. This role also included Set out of Projects, Site Meetings and Staff Supervision. In 2000 he decided to start his own business called ‘Get Plastered’. During which time he completed a Business Management Course for licensed contractors which covered basic estimating, building contracts, accounting and bookkeeping, financial management and business planning.
After 2 years Stephen decided to team up with his family to form Hawley Constructions Pty Ltd.
In December 2003 he decided to go out on his own but in a different role.
Stephen learnt to drive a truck and bobcat and within the month had formed his own business called Finecut Bobcat and Tipper Hire.
In December 2005 he sold Finecut Bobcat and Tipper Hire and took his greatest challenge yet the purchase of Waterworx Australia Pty Ltd. He brings with him great business experience and knowledge.
Stephen hopes to add his own touches to an already successful company. With a more than competent team already in place he hopes with his assistance and knowledge the company will grow and flourish into bigger and better things.
